A late afternoon at Changi Beach

I was facing alot of stress from my new job and thus, my dear dear decided to bring me to Changi beach to relax and to watch airplanes...

Think I will just let the pictures do their own talking.... The scenery was good and the breeze was mesmerising....

Saw a plane....

Decided to try the swing! It has been a very long time (think the last time I sat on the swing might be when I was just 10 years old... Tat was abt 20 years ago! Gosh!!!)




Anyway, before we left the beach, we sat at a bench, facing this palm tree... I will term it "The Palm Tree"... I hope that the day will come when I am able to talk to all of you about this "Palm Tree" that might change my life!!

KL trip

It was quite an impromptu decision to go KL for the weekend... We took leave and feeling nothing to do (as usual), we decided to go for a short trip to KL...

We left at about late afternoon and we reached KL at night. We drove around town looking for a hotel to stay, and as it was a Saturday night, everywhere was fully booked. So we drove around till both of us were super tired. Then we decided to just settled at any hotel tat is near the drinking holes, no matter how expensive the room would be.

Thus, after a quick late dinner, we checked into Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. We were pleasantly surprised! The room was very nice and magnificent!!! For about S$200 a night, this is wat we get:-

And where's the bathroom?? Hahah! It is just at that door! But it was cleverly "disguised" as a nice cupboard....

Hahhaa... We made a mess out of it, but its ok lah!


After settling down, we hit the town's popular drinking joints... And we partied till about 3am before heading back to the room....


Then we hit the bed and had a good night sleep...

The next morning, I took a few nice photo of KLCC from the hotel's window... See, we are really just beside KLCC and super close somemore!! So convenient!!!




After a quick breakfast, we hit KLCC for a shopping spree! I bought FOUR pairs of shoes at one shot!! The prices were very reasonable!

Anyway, after the shopping spree, it was late afternoon liao.... We had no choice but to make our way back home... Its going to be another 4 hours drive.... We drove from late afternoon till night time....
See the sunset... So nice.. I really enjoyed driving trip, cos I could look around and see interesting things along way, and also I could be with my dear dear alone in the car....
