Anyway, today... I will be MEETING my Japanese friend, Mitsue-san!!! Am so excited!!!
But before that, what shall we have for breakfast???? Hmmmm...... We ran past some nice small F&B shops on our 2nd night when it rained heavily... So we decided to try one of the shops during our last day here at nishi-Shinjuku....
We found a nice soba shop near the Okubo station.
And while we struggled to order the food, the shop lady can speak MANDARIN!!! Hahahha! They are from China, I think... Cool, right??
Donno when my bf took this photo though... Seemed like I was waiting for the food at that time!!!
So my bf ordered a normal Katsu Don and I a curry rice....

The food was so cheap and good! Cost only 260Yen for a bowl of Katsu Don!! And 320Yen for Curry rice!! COOL!!!
After breakfast, we took the train and went to Yokohama....
It took us abt an hour to reach Yokohama station.... We took the long escalator to reach the new Quarterbay shopping mall.. The mall looked really new and some of the shops are still undergoing renovations!

But the scenery was good... Quite peaceful, unlike Tokyo....
Actually am meeting Mitsue-san in the evening... But since we are already here at Yokohama, then might as well give her a call to check if she's free to come out now!

Gave her a call at 12noon and she was so kind to agree to meet me at 2plus!!! Was very delighted!!!
This is Mitsue-san! She brought us to a very high building to have afternoon tea! And we gave her a present of pineapple tarts and prawn rolls!! She loved it!!!
She came to Singapore once and met me and Kermit! We were so happy to know her. She is a very kind and gentle lady, with alot of knowledge. And what's more important is, she is very filial. I heard that her dad passed away in June and I was very sad for her.
That's why I was very glad that she still make time to meet me and I am very grateful to her.
See how happy I was!!!! Totemo ureshikatta yo!!!
We had a good chat and talked almost on anything! And both of us need to constantly check our electronic dictionary as my Japanese was not good and her English was limited....
Poor dear dear, he can't understand Japanese, so he wandered around the building and took lots of nice photos!!!

After our afternoon tea, we decided to take a train towards "Minato Mirai"... Where my Ferris Wheel is!!
See that ferris wheel!!! I love it!!!!

Cool, right? I never been on a Ferris Wheel ride before leh.... Zannen desuneee...
We walked and talked alot!!! It was very enjoyable...

And before we knew it.... We were a bit lost! yahahah!! Becos Mitsue san was also not very familiar with this place... But it was really enjoyable walking along the street and talking....

The scenery was good too!!!
Finally, it was 5plus and Mitsue-san need to go back home to her mum liao....
So we took a train together... she will alight before me...

Finally, we parted and I hope to see her again!!! Mata nee, Mitsue san!!

We made a stop at the famous "cross-road" at Roppongi and Almond was just opposite us! That was the landmark of Roppongi and many people will use that as a meeting point with friends...

What's more important is to have super good DINNER!!! Hahhahah!!!
