I was super trapped along Orchard Road and seemed like the traffic is not moving at all! Super challenging for me to make a left turn cos all the cars were totally super jammed packed. So I have no choice but to be forced to go straight into Tanglin area instead. I texted the ladies that I might be super late and might not even be able to park at Palais Renaissance cos I am sure I will not be able to reach. So I even contemplated parking at Wheelock Place and walk to Palais Renaissance... Sigh... I hate walking lor!!! :( But no choice mah...
While driving aimlessly trying to find a way back to Orchard Road, somehow I don't know why but I started praying to God to show and lead me the way. But deep down, I was convinced that there was nothing God can do cos the road was at a standstill! All the cars were not moving wor! What can God do???
Then, my google map showed me that I could try a left turn at a small unfamiliar road... So I turned... And I started to regret cos the road was super narrow and it was like a small one-way street with private housing. Oh dear, would I get lost???
But I followed the GPS... And somehow, I was led to turn out onto the main Orchard Road, which was basically impossible to turn out cos the traffic was coming fast and furious! No cars will stop to let me turn out lor... While I was thinking about how how how, I started to pray again to God to allow me to turn out. Then suddenly there was NO cars. I quickly turned out to the main road and there I was! Back onto Orchard Road and there was NO cars!!! I immediately drove towards my destination and reached Palais Renaissance!!! All within just 15 min!!! OMG!!!
When I parked my car, I was stunned. Totally stunned cos I have no idea how I did it. Still inside the car, I immediately texted Gine about this whole episode and how God manifest to me. I totally still couldn't believe it now! :)
What seemed impossible, was totally possible to God. As Gine said, Never doubt God and His Power and Grace. :)
Anyway I reached safe and sound and not too late. :)
