Pre-lasik stress

finally... i bucked up courage and booked a lasik consultation n 9 April, with the actual surgery on 10 April, which is Good Friday... really nervous lor... think i might chicken out nearer to date.. but then, i need to stop wearing my contact lens from tis wed onwards leh!! Super ugly de lor!!! but no choice....

hope i don't last min chicken out!!!~~~

Health screening - yearly checks

kena a tube of blood extracted from me... nearly fainted when i see the needle!! and i can feel my tears swimming in my eyes lor... damn malu sia!

damn tired today lor... clinic was super crowded today de! All packed with people of other nationalities, like Indonesians, Philipines, Japanese, Chinese, Malaysians, etc... Singaporeans quite few compared to them...

Was at the clinic from 9am till 1pm de! nearly fainted.. tot it would be done in 2 hours time! hmmmm... I really cannot rem waiting for so long last time when i went for my health screening, which was feb last yr... yawn... medical is really a recession-proof industry...

yawnzzzz...

will be getting my results on 13 april... hope everything alright....

Eunice's birthday

It's my staff, Eunice's birthday today! So ytd after work, we went to Waraku to have our dinner (support our outlet mah!!)....

There was long queue de lor! But as we have already made our reservation earlier, the captain gave us preferrence first... Anyway, we were late lah.. By the time we reach there, it was 8plus liao... Quite hungry by then though... Yawn....

And when we have more-or-less finished our food, Eunice had to go pass some contract to another outlet merchant... So she left her "not-finished-yet" dinner...

hmmm... We waited and waited but Eunice was out for quite long... So we started to fool around and decided to pinch on her food!!~~~

Anyway, we took the chance to write her birthday card lah... I spent the whole night doing it leh!!! Did until 1am ytd!!!Diane was rehearsing how to give the card to Eunice!! Hahahaha!!!~~

Anyway, Eunice came back and she had no appetite to finish her food, so we adjourned to Pan Pac lobby lounge to have our drinks to extend our night....

Then we commented that Diane looked 小鸟依人 liao... We want Meng to try!!!~~~

Hahahahha!!~~~ Looked soooo funnie!!~~~

Anyway, my Lychee Saketini SUCKED!!~~~ Terrible drink!!! Too SWEETO~~~~ YUCKS~~~

We ordered cakes for Eunice and enjoyed our night till 1am!!~~~

Joke of the night:

I saw the "middle" plate of ikan billis and was curious why the gals didn't touch it. So I made a comment "为什么中间没有人吃？"

However, the gals heard me say "中间没有人" and saw me pointng the middle plate. So all of them burst out laughing!!!~~ I was surprised lor... Wats so funnie leh???~~~!!

Then they say they tot I was telling them that the middle plate's dish is called "中间没有人"!!!!

How to escape???!!!

问你个简单的问题。。。

If a killer broke into your flat now and want to kill you, how would u escape???

no one thought abt it meh????

Since young, I pondered seriously over this question many many times.... but till now till can't find a perfect solution... sigh... i guess most probably would jus stand there and cry and let the killer just KILL me bah....

pathetic....

But true mah...

with grilled windows like dat, how can I escape???

If the windows were not grilled....

1) at least I could climbed out of the windows and then slowly edged over to my neighbour's windows to cry for help!

2) Or I could even stand at the window ledge and then cry for help.. those passers-by downstairs sure will hear me de and would help me call the police.

3) Or when the killer is in other rooms, i could softly climb out the windows and hide outside there at the window ledge. then the Killer will not find me lor!!!

Right????

See, I could easily save my life over 3 times if the windows were not grilled de lor!!!!

I still rem when I was young, i secretly kept all the window grills keys in my drawers, so just in case there's killer in the house and I could quickly open the windows and escape!!

Selfish ??? No wor... that's CLEVER k!!!!

A fruitful Saturday....

It was already 130am... and I realised that I actually did alot of things today!!~~

1) Karen's wedding lunch
2) Meet-up with Kitty
3) Hair treatment cum cut
4) Bought my skinny jeans!
5) night out with Kermit + Nan
6) Blogging!!~~

hahah... Just a quick recap!!

Went for my good fren, Karen's wedding lunch today at Peony Jade, Clarke Quay... was there around 1130am, cos was told NOT TO BE late de lor... but then..... realised that I was actually very EARLY!!! the lunch will only start after 1230pm de lor!!! hahaha... guess Karen was really scared that I will be super late lah.. Anyway, met some very long-time-nvr-see frens like Pengene and KahJoo... Sigh... i have nvr seen Kahjoo ever since we left JC.... haha...
Well, I didn't stay long cos am meeting Kitty for a short discussion... She was always flying here and there and thus, we kept on missing each other de.. So since she would be flying away again on Monday, and she was fine to bring her kids to CQ, so I might as well "kill-2-birds-in-1-stone"!!!

After that, it started to rain super heavily lor... And since it would be wasteful to just go home like dat.. Hahaha... tats becos I usually don't like to go out de lor... so if I did, I must make sure I finish watever I need to do outside....

I wanted to do pedicure, but I was wearing a high-heel shoes (Karen's wedding lunch mah!!!) so no choice cannot do pedicure. So I decided to go do my hair then!!!~~~

Took a cab to Marina Sq to do hair treatment cum cut... it was around 6pm when I finished my treatment... And being lazy, I took a cab back home...

Just when I was nearing my home, Nan smsed me to jio me out at night to watch some night movie. Ok lor! since i am free, might as well meet up with her and kermit. at first the meeting place was at Plaza Sing...

Then around 7plus, Nan called me to say that as there were no good seats left for that movie, they decided to just go Marina Sq for some dessert and chit chat...

WAT?!!! I just came back from Marina Sq an hour ago leh!!! Sigh....

So, in the end, I chiong out of home to go back to Marina Sq AGAIN!!!~~~

Anyway, as usual, I was ON TIME, and they WERE LATTTEEE!!! Well, its ok lah, I intended to go buy jeans too... My jeans were getting looser by the days and it was really ugly to walk around in the office in baggy jeans de....

So, finally I spotted the colour that i liked and went to ask the sales lady whether they have "boot-cut".. But too bad, this season's favourite is "SKINNY-CUT"!!!

DUH!~~ I got short legs leh, how to wear skinny cut de leh??~~ Will make my legs look super short de lor!!! Sigh.... no choice, since both the gals not yet arrived, I might as well go try for fun. EH!~~ It turned out not tat bad afterall.... So I bought it liao!!~~

Anyway, the gals arrived!!!!


Hahahah!!~~~ We went to Azabu Sabo for some desserts and ice-cream... I wasn't hungry so I just nipped at some of the ice-cream only... Sigh... no appetite for food recently....

Anyway, it was a fruitful day and by now, I am very tired liao!!~~~ YAWN... Need my beauty sleep now....

I am a PIG

took leave to stay at home and SLEEP!!!!

Its amazing how PIG I am de leh!!!

I woke up at around 11 am... Then watch some TV while chewing some beehoon... then log onto internet to surf some bimbo websites (aka facebook, baidu, etc)...

then after a bath, around 3pm, I started to get drowsy and sleep again!!!

The next moment I knew, it was already 630pm!!!

WOWOWOW!!!

hahaha!!!

How come I am still working at this hour???!!!

Hair wash and blow

Met up with my ex-colleague and we had a nice lunch and chitchatting on a lazy Sunday afternoon.... She had been flying to Jakarta much these few months and guess she had already gotten used to those nuah and "tai-tai" way of life liao, that she suddenly suggested that we walked into a salon for a wash-blow-dry!!!

Hahahah...

Well, normal Singaporeans would not just WALK-IN for a wash-blow-dry on a Sunday, right after lunch de lor!!! Unless going for dinner or weddings or special occasions lah...

So, when we dropped by some salons to check-it-out, the most of the staff all asked us whether we are going dinner and need to set hair izzit... Hahahah!!! Then we said ... "No, just wanna wash hair de lor!" Hahahaha!!! (They must be thinking that both of us super zo-bo de!!~~~)

Anyway, we were at Far East Plaza, so there were lots of hair-nail salons and we walked into one empty salon (cos we donch wanna wait) for a simple wash-blow-dry....

Well... I finished first becos mine is super straight hair de, so no need to take time to blow dry... (just need to pull straight de mah)... Hers was much more complicated (actually super complicated!!~~) Hers was those princess curls, so that guy had to dry and curl her hair one part at a time...

Haahha... So while I was enjoying watching that guy tugging at her hair, I took some 自恋 photo of myself with the clean-blow-dry look!!~~~
