Kuantan trip - First day!

YEAH!

My dear dear had arranged to bring me to Kuantan for a holiday!! Shiok right??!! My dear dear is always so blur-blur and always s busy that he doen't really have time to bring me go on long trip.... But am really looking forward to this trip as I have never been to Kuantan before... Also I love having long driving trip with my dear dear... Cos I love the feeling of being with him, in our small private space in the car... only me and him... heehee.... (*mushy wor!!)

Also, I have tendered resignation by then and was serving my notice period... Thus, this trip also signifies a new beginning for me in just a few days time!

Sean and Michael came along as well... Each brought their wives and their kids along... I only bring my dear dear along! Hahahah!!!

Here we go!!! We left early in the morning as we know it would be a 5 hour drive there... (Yeah! 5 hours with my dear dear in the car! Shiok leh!!)

My dear dear pretending to be JAY CHOU!! *puke...

After a true 5-hour drive, we reached the resort... Cannot remember the resort name liao.. Think is Hyatt Kuantan, or something like dat lah....

After checking in, we (or rather the kids) hit the beach!

Kids really love the sand!!!

HUH!!???!! What's he doing??!!!
Hahhaha... Michael in RED!!!!
Me feeling hot and tired.. I never really like the sun anyway.....Ok, enough of the sands and sea... Time to wash up!!!! I looked like their maid hor???

Well, after the beach-out, all of us (or rather the kids) were very tired.. We all decided to head back to the hotel rooms to ZZZ a bit...

Hahhaha!!! My dear dear was really enjoying himself wor!!!

Got SO tired meh????!!!

Well, after a good short nap, we are all up and ready to go for DINNER!!! YUM YUM!!! We decided to go check on Media to see if they are ready to go....

Michael's room was on ground floor, Sean and us were on the third floor.... Actually we would want to stay near each other, but guess the resort was so popular that it was fuly booked...

DINNER TIME!!!! No need to say too much liao! TUCK in man!!!!

This marked the end of our first night at Kuantan.... More to come wor!!!

Grandma's Birthday

Yup.... you are right... This post has come super duper very late wor.... Supposed to be uploaded in July, but becos of my "blog-saga" (which I think only some of my closed frens know abt), I had to postpone this blog...

But then.... TADAH!!!

I am BACK!!! I am back with more good photos and more good stories and more good funnies to share with everyone!

So please welcome me BACK!! (Did I hear applause from the back???!! Hahhaa!! I think too much yah!)

Ok, to recap what had happened after the "blog-saga" was really difficult, thus, as usual, I had decided to keep the past and not to talk abt it anymore... (Too bad for those who are dying to know what's that "blog-saga" all about... )

To move on, I have found these photos which I had taken when I went back to my grandma's place to celebrate her birthday. Honestly speaking, I am not sure how old she is though! Yahha! But I guess that was not the main focus of this birthday party....

My dearz wasn't in town (as usual la, he's always not around when I have family gathering... sigh...) so I make my way to my Aunty's place at Macpherson Green.

This is a small private family gathering and my Mom was the food organiser! She had prepared tons of nice food, including my favourite popiahs, beehoon, curry and vege! Well, enjoy the photos then!!!
A whole line up of FOOD!!!

As a finale, this is ME, my sis and baby Roy!!!

More pictures.. blah blah blah....

More... more photos...

Hair day

Dated Kermit to do hair as I really need a cut.... My dearz was abroad and I was quite bored lor...

Anyway Kermit's hubby is coming back from England the next day!!! Both me and Nan were so excited for her as we know that he has been away for long and it would be very sweet reunion when he come back the next day.... thus it was also good for her to do her hair and looked pretty-pretty to show-off to her hubby mah...

In the end, she was actually quite cool about her hubby's return visit... Maybe she is just trying to hide her excitement lah!!! Hahhah!!!

Anyway, I just did a simple hair treatment and cut while Kermit took the package to do Hair perm, treatment plus cut! Thus, she took longer time than me... And I took a few pictures while playing with my camera... The hair-assistant was looking very stern, thus I don't dare to take photos openly, thus the photo looked a bit blurr lor...

Anyway, finally the hair was done and Kermit looked like a Princess!!! Hers was quite expensive, even after the 50% off for perm and cut, her total package cost S$200!!! But it was worth it la... She looked very nice...

We called Nan out for a drink.... Me and Kermit drove to meet Nan at a pub near her home...That was just a small gathering and talking session lah... We stayed there till after midnight...

Sigh.... Another day gone just like dat....

Disneyland... We passed by only lah...

After loitering at Causeway Bay (Click here to see previous entry) for a few hours, both of us were super TIRED liao.. It was about 2pm... Thus, it is either we returned back to the hotel and waste time till 5pm, or we find another place to go for a short while.

Wel... since my deardear's colleague did ask him to collect back some brochures abt Disneyland, we decided to drop by Disneyland for a while! We have no intention of going Disneyland as both of us were not interested in Theme parks. But since we got about 3 hours to spare and have nothing else to do, no harm taking the MTR there! And we can rest in the train! Yahahhaha!!!

We took the MTR from Causeway Bay to Sunny MTR station and change to the Disneyland train to go Disneyland resort...

We were very impressed by the Disneyland train and the station! It was so nicely done!

And everything was MICKEY MOUSE (MM)!!!

See??! The trains were all designed with MM in mind! SEE! The windows are all M-shaped

There are MM's hangers too!!

As it was already near 3pm, the train was quite empty... But good for us then! We can have the whole train to ourselves!! YIPPEEEPEPE!!!

So cool, right? And the seats were all CUSHIONED!!! So comfortable!!!

Hahahahha!!! I really don't feel like leaving the train!!!

And inside the train, there are pieces of Disneyland characters display sets....

These ornaments were decoration pieces inside the train! Wowo!!!

Huh!?? So fast??? We reached the station already! Sigh... Really enjoyed sitting inside the train though... Anyway, the Disneyland MTR station was also nicely done. All these decorations are there to add to the mood....

Nice scenery from the train station...

Anyway, the entrance to Disneyland was just within walking distance... So, we took a short walk there....

We reached the entrance!!! It was magnificent!!!

The scenery was really breathtaking!!! As Disneyland was on Lantau Island, there were alot of mountains surrounding it...

There's a trademarked fountain display just in front of the gate.

And this fountain became the "must take photo" spot for everyone who was going into Disneyland. Of course, since we were there, we also took a picture lah!!!

As we did not buy tickets to go into the Disneyland, both of us loitered outside the gate...

Well, we were not interested to go in mah... So, we basically "LOITER" around that area lor...

And this is how we LOITER around aimlessluy....

WAHAHAHHAHAH!!!! We very bo liao, right???!!!

Oh yeah, and this is how we look when we LAZE around...... Hahahhah!!! Really no image!!!

OPPppsss!!! Wait! My dear dear forgot to button-up!!! Caught in the act!!! Yahahahah!!!

Anyway.......... Oh! I SPOTED A KOALA BEAR!!! Yahhahahaha!!!!

Oh my god!

And I thought I saw MICKEY MOUSE!!! But wait... Did Mickey Mouse put on weight??? hmmm.....

Welll... Enough of fooling around there lah... Think we are the only people there who were not interested to step into the Disneyland resort.

So, it was abt 430pm and we decided to take the train back to hotel to catch the transfer bus to Airport...

My legs were still tired after so many days of walkings and climbings....

Time flies!!! Our 4 days of holidays were coming to an end soon and I was a bit sad about it... Although these 4 days were the most tiring days of my life (so far lah), I still enjoyed them with my dear dear....
