Bunka Japanese School's New Year Celebration

It was my Japanese school's New Year Celebration on 28 Jan... Actually am not so keen to attend cos it's a Sunday and it was like 630pm til 930pm! Super sian...

But Sinwei and Michael were very excited to attend, so I guess I should just go... No point nuah-ing at home... And anyway, have bought the ticket at S$31 leh... Might as well go and see see look look lor... As I don't like Japanese food, there was basically no motivation for me lor...

Anyway, the New Year celebration was at Kushinbou, a Japanese buffet-styled restaurant at Suntec City Mall.

The restaurant was not very big. Our school had booked about 35 seats.

The spread was ok lah... I am no expert in Japanese food, so no comments...

After the food, our Japanese Sensei came over to chit chat with us. She is Mitsusaki sensei.

It was about 930pm and we decided to leave. Instead of heading back home, all three of us went to Paulaner to have a drink!
It was really an enjoyable Sunday night!!! Think I made the right choice to turn up for the dinner!!!

A trip to Sentosa

It was 2nd day of a brand new year and since the weather was good, we decided to follow Sean and Wee Wee to Sentosa...

I admit that it has been super long since I went to Sentosa... But since we have nothing to do, no harm going there!

We are tailgating Sean's car... A Subaru WRX sports car wor!!!
At the gantry, paying the entry tickets to Sentosa. FYI, the price is S$2 for each person, including the vehicle.

This is the new mono-rail that would be leading from Vivo City all the way to Sentosa. I donno when this would be ready, but I guess would be soon...

Once we were in Sentosa, we drove to Siloso beach.... Then while Rudi and the kids went to the Insects museum, the rest of us went to relax at the beach...

We found a seat at the Bikini bar and as usual, we started our drinking spree! It was nice to drink beer while under shade from the sun and enjoying the sea breeze at the sametime...

Besides beer, we ordered pizzas and chicky wings as well!!!

Then Rudi came to joined us after their Insect Museum's trip....

I decided to go check out the kids... and the ladies...

And time flies!!!! We reached Sentosa at 4pm and in a flash, it was already 7pm!!! The sky started to get darker and the kids have finished their baths....

And also, the guys have finished with their beers....

Sean had drink too much, so he is feeling a bit sleepy liao!!! Hahaha!!!
Anyway, we have decided to go Geylang for dinner... A famous Sambal Fish place...
So off we go!!!

The spread was good and we finished the food in a flash!!!


It was a good day out!!!

Kuantan Trip - 2nd Day!!

After the relaxing first day in Kuantan (See previous post - Click here) this is our 2nd day liao!!!

Breakfast time sia!!!! See how these two MEN eat.... sigh... so hungry meh??

Sean was super engrossed in the newspapers...
This is me, just woke up though... YAWN.... And have not much appetite as those guys.... Am sure the food is GOOD!!!I got nothing to do, so I took ALOT of photos of the two hungry men having a nice big breakfast! Yahhahaha!! (So bo liao hor...)

Suddenly got a Big Fat Cat walking towards us!! And since I got nothing to do, I took some pics of the Cat as well!! Kekeke....

Fat hor?? And very scary too... He just stayed by our side very quietly and not making any moves, like spying on us!! (eeeek!)

Anyway, the morning scenery was nice too.... Not too sunny and not too cloudy... Just nice...

After breakfast, the kids woke up and we decided to go to the swimming pool to play water!! Or rather, the kids and MEN played water, while ladies (like me) stay under the shade...








After the swim, we decided to go Macdonald's for lunch! The Kids favourite food wor!!! (And mine too!!! Hahaha!!)

Finished liao!! Within secs!!!Yahahah!!!
Ate full full liao, then of course must take a walk along the beach! See how lovely they are??!!
Say CHEEZEEEE!!!!

The scenery was good, so all of us took some pictures as memorance....

And after tat, it was DINNER time (again???!! How time flies!)

Boyker is so cute!!!

After dinner, it's KIDS' time again!!! We went back to our resort and let the kids run around at the playground.... Well, since all of us had a heavy dinner, then maybe we should all play and sweat together with the kids, right??!!

Oh no!!! Hope the slide doesn't break!!!

Then come the SEE-SAW!!! The guys decided to do a "WEIGHT-TEST".
So Sean is LIGHTER than Michael....
And Clement is EQUAL weight as Michael...

Therefore... The weight equation would be .... Michael=Clement>Sean!!! Hahah!!!

And after all the "exercising", see how tired my Dear dear is??

But it was another good day for me....
